Raj Lamba, the head of Career Change Training Center has been in the IT field since 1997. Mr. Lamba co-founded Absolute Solutions, Inc. an IT Consulting and Training firm in 1999. Mr. Lamba has provided mentoring and training to hundreds of students. In 2003, Mr. Lamba founded DP Tech Group an IT Consulting firm which has serviced over 5500 residential and small business clients.

I have known Raj Lamba since 1996 through a common family friend when I was a Junior in high school. Raj helped me buy my first computer. In 2000 I was unemployed and was looking for a job. I asked Raj if he would train me and help me enter the IT field. Raj taught me the basics and hired me as a part time technician at Absolute Solutions, Inc. Raj mentored me and I learned a great deal under his guidance. In 2003, as I was looking to advance my career. Raj helped me put together my resume, and provided a great reference for me to land my first job with a major corporation where I worked as a Desktop Support Specialist.
Would you recommend Raj Lamba / Career Change Training Center to others?
I would highly recommend him and his training school. If you want to start a new career within the IT Support field, and that's where most of us start out at, I know there is no one else I would recommend other than Raj Lamba. If it wasn't for Raj I would not be in the IT field today.

My family immigrated to the United States in 2003 when I was 18 years old. I didn't speak a lot of english. Raj is my older cousin brother. I was advised by him to take part time english classes at COD and to pick up a job at a local retailer in order to learn the language and culture. In 2004, Raj offered me an internship to learn the basics of computers / networking. I was hired as a part time technician in 2005 by Raj. The experience and knowledge I gained through Raj helped me secure my first job at a major corporation in 2006. The job paid great and I am still working in the IT field.

Absolutely. I can say with confidence that Raj is the best person that can help you start a great career in the IT field. His guidance helped me avoid having to work minimum wage jobs and struggle in this country. I make a great living and enjoy my job all thanks to Raj!

Raj is my older cousin. In 2003, After high school he offered me a part time job at Absolute Solutions, Inc. I didn't know anything about fixing or repairing computers. Raj promised me that he would help me enter into the IT field and help me find a good job. He helped me become a great computer technician. I never thought that I would be working in computers but his guidance and support helped me get there. The training I got from Raj helped me find my first full time job as a support specialist making $22/hour at the age of 20. Though, Today I am not in the IT field as I run my own business. Raj helped me do something I thought I would never be able to do!

How did it all start? In the summer of 2004 I gradauted from junior high school and at the same time DP Tech Group was finalizing on their location in Carol Stream, IL. I was excited that a Computer Repair / LAN Gaming Center was coming so close to town. I would be able to play the latest games with my friends. I spent most of my summer helping my cousin Raj and his employees put this place together. My parents would have to drag me out of DP. I spent so much of my time at DP that I could run the day to day operations of the repairs. When I was 15, I officially started working as a part time technician at DP. I now work at my family business but If we didn't have the business I would for sure be working in the IT field. I can say this with confidence because many of our family friends and cousins are in the IT field because of Raj and they are all making a great living.
